Terms of Service & Customer Agreement
Governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable UAE Federal Laws.
1. Booking & Scope of Diagnostic Callouts
Standard call-out fees (starting from AED 180) cover technician arrival, diagnostic testing, and up to the first 60 minutes of labor for basic adjustments or minor repairs. If additional specialized parts, refrigerant gas, or extensive civil/masonry work are required, the technician will provide a clear written estimate for your approval before proceeding.
2. 30-Day Labor Warranty Terms
All completed maintenance services carry a 30-day labor guarantee. If the exact mechanical or electrical fault recurs within 30 days of the original service date, we will re-dispatch a technician to inspect and rectify the issue free of additional labor charges. This warranty does not cover pre-existing structural defects, customer misuse, or damage caused by fluctuations in public utility supply (DEWA).
3. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
AMC subscriptions are active for 12 calendar months from the date of enrollment. Scheduled preventative visits (AC servicing, plumbing audits, electrical checks) must be scheduled within the active contract term. Emergency callout allowances apply strictly to primary MEP faults (air conditioning failure, severe plumbing leaks, complete circuit failure).
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule or cancel any confirmed booking at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled arrival window without incurring any cancellation fee. Cancellations made after a technician has arrived on-site are subject to the standard AED 180 callout charge.
